Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Ratekin, a Shopify app provided by EKPK LLC. By installing Ratekin you agree to them, in addition to Shopify's terms for apps.
The service
Ratekin lets your store collect, moderate and display product reviews, send review request emails to your customers, and import reviews from other apps. Features and limits depend on your plan, shown on the app's Plan page.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the reviews you publish and for having a lawful basis to email your customers, including honouring the unsubscribe link Ratekin adds to every email.
- You will not use Ratekin to publish fake reviews, to review your own products deceptively, or to send messages unrelated to reviews.
- You have the right to import any reviews and data you upload.
Billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the app; charges follow Shopify's billing rules.
Data
You keep ownership of your reviews and store data. How we process it is described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Ratekin available and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Ratekin in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. Continuing to use Ratekin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
