A simpler Yotpo alternative for Shopify product reviews
Many Shopify stores use only part of what a large reviews and loyalty suite offers: collecting product reviews after an order, showing them on product pages, and getting star ratings into Google. How to move from Yotpo to Ratekin
- Export from Yotpo. In Yotpo, open Reviews, then Moderation, and choose Export. Yotpo emails you a CSV file.
- Install Ratekin and open it from your Shopify admin.
- Import the file on Ratekin's Import page, unchanged. You'll see how many reviews were imported and any rows that need attention.
- Add the reviews block with one click from Ratekin's Home page, then remove the Yotpo widgets from your theme.
- Cancel Yotpo once everything shows correctly.
